PROLAB invests to expand facility and ramp-up production in 2020.

During the second half of December, PROLAB closed for a major renovation at its production site to prepare for the expected increase in demand for its major brands in 2020 and also to fill orders more quickly to distributors and partners.

The project consumed almost 2 tons of materials used in the construction of an elevated production floor. A new color mixer was also added to the line-up of equipments, multiplying by 3 the daily production capacity. Finally, the new arrangement of the machines freed up space for raw materials and hair color inventory.

Fun fact: The elevated floor will allow PROLAB to use gravity for packaging, a enviroment-friendly process that does not require electricity and also an upgrade in regards to quality standards.
